Arriving for Your Appointment

Arrive 20 minutes before your in-office appointment to ensure you are ready to see your provider at the scheduled time.

• Photo ID and proof of address
• List of current medications (prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, herbs, and supplements)

Service Fee

Medical consultation is free. Lab and radiological services are available with our local partners at discounted rates.

Insurance Coverage

Insurance is not required to be seen at Sughra Get Well Clinic.
